  Venue of FSCTFK: Kano Trade Fair Centre. Zoo Road. Kano. Nigeria.
• Field of interest: All Manufacturers. Industrialists. Importers. Traders. SMEs related to Agriculture. Agric & allied. Food. Pharmaceuticals. Textile. Garments. Hosiery. Surgical. Sport Goods. Leather. Uniform developers. Kitchen Utensils. Plaster of Paris and False ceilings.

C. SPACE APPLICATION

• The minimum standard space allocation to participant is 11 square meters (sq.m) at the rate of US$181.82 per square
  meter (sq.m)
• The special discount is offered to exhibitors need more than 11 sq.m as per below space application chart.

The Participants will get space for stall. table. 2 chairs, electric point, accommodation for one person, airport pick & drop, transport service from venue to & from hotel and immigration facilitation.

E. SPECIAL SERVICES (IF, SEPARATE REQUEST TO BE MADE BY EXHIBITOR)

Visa Arrangement. Air Travel Services and Customs Clearance of Exhibiting Goods will be available as per below charges:

F. PAYMENTS

The Exhibitors encloses its pay orders / demand drafts for its participation and special services (if needed) in US Dollar in
favour of PAKISTAN EXPORT COMPANY. The PECO may reject any exhibitor request if payment of the participation fee is not enclosed or and above form / agreement shall not filled complete and proper and not received within due date of submission of
application form / agreement through post in original at PAKISTAN EXPORT COMPANY, Suit E-31, Executive Floor, Glass
Towers, Main Clifton Road, Karachi, Pakistan. To reconfirm from our end within due date by e-mail at info@peco.com.ng or
ibrahim.director@peco.com.ng with scan copy of pay order / demand draft. The participants will make 100% payment of Participation fee in US Dollar via pay order / demand draft with return of this application form/ agreement. PECO still reserves the right to reject this application form / agreement with or without reason. In such case of rejection the participation fee will be returned after detecting 10% handling charges. Should the exhibitor decided to withdraw after confirmation (signing & return of application form / agreement along with pay order / demand draft will deem your confirmation of participation). hence the
participant is liable for entire cost, the paid amount is non-refundable.

G. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE FAIR PARTICIPATION

The participants agrees all terms & conditions stated here and or at the time of Trade Fair by PECO and all parties shall be irrevocably bound by the terms & conditions as stated by the Kano State Government. Nigeria. Kano Chamber of Commerce & Industries & Mines & Agriculture (KCCIMA). High Commission of Pakistan at Abuja. Nigeria and Organizer Pakistan Export
Company (PECO).

H. INDEMNITY

The Participants shall at all the times keep PECO and each of its team members. representative agents and employees (collectively, the ‘Indemnified Parties’ fully and effectively indemnified from and against any and all liabilities. claims. damages, costs. charges and expenses to which any of the Indemnified Parties may be exposed or which any of the Indemnified Parties my incur. suffer. sustain and against all actions. suits, proceedings, claims. demands of any nature whatsoever which may be taken, made or threatened against any of the Indemnified Parties or incurred or become payable by any of the Indemnified
Parties or which may arise directly or indirectly by reason of any act. deed, matter or thing done or permitted or omitted to be done by any of the Indemnified Parties in connection with this Agreement or arising there from and all other costs, charges and expenses in connection therewith. including legal costs on a full indemnity basis.
